Each team features 3 players.
Teams with 4 or more players may purchase individual golf packages and then list your teammates names, email addresses and phone numbers in the notes. We will make sure you are all on the same hole.
Single or doubles players may purchase single golfer package(s) and will be placed on a team.

- Golfer Goodie Bag - Hat, sleeve of balls, one Golfer Only Raffle Ticket, and other goodies.
- One 18-hole round of golf with shared golf cart
- One luncheon ticket
